Abydos is known as the burial place of Egypt’s early kings, and later became the principal place of worship of the god Osiris, ruler of the Land of the Dead. The goal of the excavations is to build a comprehensive understanding of the ancient activities at the site, how their operations and significance evolved over time, and their relationship to the broader context of Egyptian history and culture. The excavations are also intended to provide a comprehensive understanding of the site’s history.

National Autonomous University
One of the important factors to take into account for admission to this university is the command of the English language, not only because it is important for the career but also because it is present throughout the entire training process. These programs are school-based and have a duration of eight semesters.
