Universities that offer culinary arts in puerto rico

We started activities in 2003, becoming the first school specialized in Culinary Arts in northwestern Mexico, with an educational system focused on forming integral professionals whose skills and abilities are developed through the “learning-by-doing” method.

In order to achieve graduates with a global vision of cuisine, we chose a strategic location: Tijuana, a multicultural city that has gained international fame for the quality of its food and drink, located very close to Ensenada, the largest wine region in the country, and California, the most economically active state in the United States.

We currently offer a Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts, the first Master’s Degree in Cuisine in Mexico with a blended structure, the specialty in Restaurant Management and High End Establishments, the diplomas in Mexican Cuisine, Mexican Bakery, Pastry, Basic Cuisine, Nutritious Cuisine, Oriental Cuisine, Sommelier and Wines and Spirits, as well as the certifications Wine & Spirit Education Trust, French Wine Scholar and short courses for amateurs and professionals.
