Become a versatile nutritionist. Establish special dietary guidelines, develop nutritional intervention programs and advise on the innovation and development of new food products.

From 2nd year onwards, you will carry out professional internships with patients in different institutions, in the food industry, sports centers and hospitals. 1000 hours of clinical internships in patient care and an average of 200 treatments per student.

Internships are a key element in your training. Gaining experience after what you have learned in your degree is the best way to enter the labor market. There are two types of internships, curricular (included in your curriculum) and extracurricular (those that you can do on a voluntary basis): curricular internships can be done in companies in mass catering, the food industry and food technology, health and wellness centers, hospitals, nutrition clinics, sports clubs and nutrition clinics. If you want to improve your work experience before finishing your university education, you can do an extracurricular internship, for which you will need to have 50% of the credits passed. You can do them in any course, but we remind you that internships are a training complement to your studies; therefore, the more knowledge you have acquired throughout your studies, the more you will benefit from the internship experience.

The course includes various self-assessment exercises to reinforce the contents of the different modules, and students are advised to carry out these exercises as a final review to personally check their progress in the course.

In order to be evaluated, students must submit all activities assigned during the course; to pass the course they must pass at least 80% of the proposed activities with a minimum grade of 50/100; the activities represent 90% of the final grade; participation in the forum represents 7% of the final grade; completing the self-evaluations of each topic represents 3% of the final grade; completing the self-evaluations of each topic represents 3% of the final grade.
