The photography institute

For their part, photographers Christa Cowrie, Laura González and Miguel Ángel Velázquez praised the photojournalistic work of the honoree, while recognizing him as one of the best promoters of documentary photography in Mexico and a man who, with his work, has contributed to understanding the country’s social movements.
